Fundraising requirements and fees

Academic Year 2025-2026 

FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS 
Each family is required to participate in the designated fundraisers to a minimum of $500 
This fundraising requirement may be added to your tuition payments if requested at the time your  
FACTS Tuition account is set up. Any negative balance following the last designated fundraiser is 
considered unpaid tuition and will be billed accordingly. Your fundraising requirement must be paid in full by May 15, 2026. Overages cannot be carried over to the following school year.

  
VOLUNTEER HOURS 
Each family must sign a contract for volunteer hours at school events. Pre-K families must 
commit to 5 hours and K-8 families commit to 10 hours per school year. All volunteers must be 
background checked through the Archdiocese of Hartford. Any hours owed as of May 26, 2026 will be assessed for $20.00 per hour and will be billed accordingly.  


AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM 
Our After-School Program is offered for Saint Lawrence students in Pre-K through Grade 8   
The purpose of the program is to provide an extended day for those students who need after school supervision. The hourly rate is $10 for each child. Payment must be made on a weekly basis. 

 
HOME & SCHOOL ASSOCIATION 
Each family is required to join the Home & School Association and pay yearly membership 
dues of $30. This fee is established and collected by the Home and School Association Board and is due during the month of September for each school year. This money is used to help subsidize programs, field trips, and other special events for all students. A late fee of $10 will be added for all unpaid membership dues after October 1st, 2025 ($40).
