Fundraising requirements and fees

FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENT 
Each family is required to participate in the designated fundraisers to a minimum of $500
(K-8th ) or $250 (Pre K)profit to the school per your tuition/fundraising contract. This fundraising requirement may be added to your tuition payments. if requested, at the time FACTS is set up. Any negative balance following the last designated fundraiser is considered unpaid tuition and will be billed accordingly.

Your fundraising requirement must be paid in full. Overages cannot be carried over to the following school year.
 
ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
Each family (PK-8) must sign a contract to volunteer for 15 hours at school events. All volunteers must be background checked through the Archdiocese of Hartford. Any hours owed as of May 26, 2023 will be assessed for $25. per hour and will be billed accordingly.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our After-School Program is offered for Saint Lawrence students in grades Pre K- 8th
The purpose of the program is to provide an extended day for those students who need after school supervision. The hourly rate is $8 for their first child and $6 for each additional child. Payment must be made on a weekly basis.

HOME-SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
Each family is required to join the Home & School Association and pay yearly membership dues
of $25.This fee is established and collected by the Home and School Association Board and is due during the month of September for each school year. This money is used to help subsidize programs, field trips, and other special events for all students. A late fee of $10 will be added for all unpaid membership dues after October 1st ($35).

SPORTS
The Sports fee for soccer and baseball is $100, basketball fee $125, and cheerleading is $100.
Basketball and Cheerleading parents who work in the kitchen 1 week night and 1 weekend will
receive a $25 reimbursement of their fee.
